Expression of Interest (Pre-Qualification)

What is the Opportunity?

The Edinburgh and Lothians Green Space Trust (ELGT) in partnership with SEPA and the City of Edinburgh Council (CEC) are taking the Burdiehouse Burn Restoration Project forward into RIBA stages 3 and 4. We are calling all interested organisations to submit an expression of interest for these next 2 stages.

We will only be going out to tender to those organisations who return an expressed of interest and who pass the pre-qualification.

Current Status of the Project

Concept designs for the 20 restoration activity areas (RAAs) will be completed by the end of May 2025. S3 developed design and S4 technical design stages need to be completed by February 2026. All 20 RAA concept reports are provided for your information.
